Could you help DACA in our important mission?  We want to make sure that no-one in West Dunbartonshire has to deal with overcoming an alcohol problem alone.

At DACA, outcomes are important and we are encouraged by seeing excellent success rates in terms of our clients' progress and sobriety.  But outcomes aren't all we care about.  The process is also hugely significant in making DACA the welcoming and supportive environment that our clients value and our funders and partners trust.  And that's why we need the best people delivering our services, and supporting our clients through their recovery journeys, however long they are.

Personal qualities, values and experience are as important at DACA as official qualifications, and we look first for kindness, empathy and compassion in our staff and volunteers.  If you're that kind of person, please check out our job vacancies - we'd love to hear from you.
